This site, idrcalculator.com ("IDR Calculator", "we", "us"), is operated by Lido. IDR Calculator is a data tool of Lido IDR (lidoidr.com). We publish a free award estimator and analysis built on the federal independent dispute resolution (IDR) public use files that CMS releases for arbitration under the No Surprises Act. This policy explains what information this site handles.

What this site contains

The statistics on this site are computed from public government data. They do not contain patient information.

The calculator runs in your browser

Everything you type into the calculator (specialty, qualifying payment amount, payer initial payment) is processed locally in your browser by JavaScript on the page. These inputs are not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them. There are no forms, accounts, or signups on this site.

Information we collect

• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not sell your information.
